RETURNS POLICY

We accept returned items that are unworn, in the original packaging tags on and arrive within 14 DAYS of you receiving the item.


Items go through the process of an inspection, and any item returned that has body odour, makeup stains, ripped in places unusually (other than manufacturing fault) will be returned back to you and will not be eligible for any refund/exchange.

If you return your item within the timescale above, we are willing to refund your order amount or exchange your product for another one, if this is what you prefer.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO KNOW


All returns are processed within 14 WORKING DAYS of receiving your item. This does not count from the day you have sent it, and only counts from the day we receive it back from you.


Return costs are covered by the purchaser. We are not responsible to cover any postage costs and we ask that you always make sure to track your returned parcel to make it easier for us to locate at the warehouse. This will also make sure that you, as the purchaser are covered.

SALE ITEMS


All sale items are NON REFUNDABLE and they are NOT EXCHANGEABLE.


DISCOUNTED ITEMS


Any items bought through a discount code up to the value of 50% will be eligible for an exchange but NOT A REFUND.


Any items bought on or after the value of 50% will not be eligible for a refund or exchange and the item will be sent back to the customer.

Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM.

Our response time is approximately between 1-2 working days and we will ALWAYS get back to you to resolve your enquiry. Please do not worry if you do not receive a response immediately as we are working around the clock to make sure all enquiries are dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible.


When your return is being processed, you will be notified via email. Please DO NOT / AVOID emailing unless your return has exceeded the timescale of 14 WORKING DAYS.
